The announcement was made by the head of the regional administration, Ivan Fedorov, via social media. According to him, the motorcycles were delivered directly to the brigades actively defending the Zaporizhzhia region.

One example is the 425th Separate Assault Regiment “Skala,” which recently formed the first motorcycle assault company of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
According to military authorities, the main objective of these units is the extremely rapid capture of enemy positions through high-speed advances over open terrain, significantly reducing the time for detection and reaction by the adversary.
